Amazing beachfront location; helpful and attentive staff; delicious and generous breakfast; beautiful terraced suites and villa with potential for improvement.

Nothing, everything was great.

we liked the rooms and the food and decent rates. 35 minutes by car from the airport. we stayed very close to adoratorio and could visit cenote snorkeling.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the beautiful beach and clear waters. The hotel's secluded location added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.

Our main disappointment was the overpriced food at the restaurant. While the food was good, we found it to be quite expensive.

Value for money: Despite being a bit more expensive than other options, this hotel was definitely worth it for a special occasion like our honeymoon. Location right on the beach: The stunning beach right outside the hotel was absolutely amazing and we spent most of our time enjoying the water. Attention to detail: The room and bathroom with a beautiful shower were well-designed and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. Staff and service: The staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and provided personalized service, making us feel pampered throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with direct access to the unspoiled Xpu-Ha beach, just steps away from a private hut. The staff, especially Andrew, the former manager, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the sea was fresh, varied, and generous. The rooms, especially the terraced suites and villa, were spacious and comfortable.

You can simply walk down the beach to the little beach bar just to get out for a while. the rooms are also fantastic, with private huts right on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the view. the bathroom is beautiful and luxurious, providing a comfortable experience. the service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to choose from.
